Hoosier Homes Guide

Where Can I Use the Hoosier Homes Program?

Hoosier Homes is available in specific participating Indiana counties — not statewide. The home must be your primary residence occupied within 60 days of closing.

Check 5% Plus Rules

Participating Counties, Not Every ZIP

The 4% Hoosier Homes DPA layer is reserved for properties inside approved participating counties. Buying outside that list means this particular program will not reserve — even if you otherwise meet credit and income guidelines.

Within those counties, 5% Hoosier Homes Plus depends on Targeted Area designation (usually a census tract), not the entire county map. Ryan and Steve verify the address against current guidelines before you write an offer.

Occupancy is non-negotiable: this is a primary-residence program. You must move in within 60 days of closing.
